Biography

B.S., EECS, U.C. Berkeley, 1998

M.S., Electrical Engineering, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 2004

Sain worked in the industry at HAL Computer Systems after obtaining his B.S. from U.C. Berkeley. Upon joining the IMPACT research group, his focus has been on scheduling for EPIC architectures, the Itanium 2 in particular, and machine descriptions. He is now focusing on function-level annotations for advanced compiler analyses.
